Full day excursion with a try-out dive

Have you ever been fascinated watching documentaries of the colourful underwater world? 

Have you always wondered what it's like to breathe underwater? 

If you want to try scuba diving , but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, a Trydive offers the ideal opportunity to dive between the colourful fish in the magnificent Red Sea.

At Blue Paradise, we do understand that your first introduction to the underwater world has to be an unforgettable experience. 

We ‘ll let you enjoy a lovely day on our comfortable boat. The captain will moor the 27m vessel, right next to a colourful coral reef. You will be individually assigned to a professional PADI Instructor, who speaks your language. You will dive in the shallow, crystal clear waters of the Red Sea, under the direct and personal supervision of a Padi professional.

What to expect of a full day excursion with introductory dive?

A private bus will pick you up at any hotel in Hurghada/Makadi/Sahl Hasheesh/El Gouna between 07:30 am and 08:15 am. The driver will bring you safely to the marina. 

Our dive guides and crew will warmly welcome you on “Basyl”, our spacious and comfortable boat. While our captain navigates the boat towards the first diving spot, you will get a full boat and safety briefing. 

You will be assigned to a professional PADI Instructor, who speaks your language and who will accompany you individually. You can try on the dive equipment, that is of impeccable quality. 

During the briefing you go through the main dive signs and make the necessary agreementswith the instructor. Then you will make a first dive with full dive gear in the shallow crystal clear waters of the Red Sea. The professional PADI Instructor will be in constant contact with you and will help you in all possible ways. The maximum depth is 5 meters.

After this unique experience in the Red Sea, you can enjoy a delicious lunch which is served as an extensive buffet. 

After the lunch you'll have 1,5 hour to unwind in the shade or sunbath on our sun beds. There is plenty of space on the sundeck and cold drinks are available.

If you enjoyed your first dive, you can enroll for a second dive (at an extra fee) at another dive site in the afternoon. Or you can just relax and sunbathe or snorkel. If you loved the experience, why not choose to continue your diving adventure and sign up for a full diving course ?

After the second dive, we 'll start our trip back to the marina. While sailing back, you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere on board and our chef will serve some fruit, pancakes or deep-fried doughnuts. 

At 4 pm our vessel docks in the marina and our drivers will safely bring you back to the hotel, with some golden memories of this unique day.

  • Hotel pickup and drop-off within Hurghada by a private air-conditioned vehicle
  • Full day trip on “Basyl”, our 27 m long, outstanding and comfortable boat 
  • Clean toilets and a spacious sundeck with comfortable sun beds
  • A well-organised dive deck with shower facilities
  • A clear and full briefing about the doings and safety procedures on the boat

    • Practical information

  • Minimum age: 10 years old
  • To be specified at the time of booking: shoe size, height, and body weight 
  • Our boat is wheelchair-accessible
  • Our drivers will pick you up at your hotel between 07:30 am and 08:15 am; the exact time will be informed a day before
  • The boat leaves at 8.30 am (exceptionally at 9:00 am)
  • At a small extra charge you can savour a delicious lunch on board between 12:00 and 13:00 
  • You can make a second introduction dive in the afternoon, at an additional fee
  • Return arrival in the marina between 16:00 and 16:30 pm, depending on the itinerary, dive sites and weather conditions 
  • Transport by our drivers to your hotel
